Throughout his career, rap star Cam’ron has been known to play the role of instigator with others. But the famed Diplomats member recently had to play the role of peacemaker during a recent situation with former boxing star Adrian Broner.
Cam’ron Boots Adrian Broner From Studio For Making Pass at Host
Killa Cam has transitioned from the booth to the podcast studio. With his sports talk show, It Is What It Is. Broner was a guest on the program on Tuesday (September 16). But it was a short-lived appearance after the famed Diplomats member had to boot him from the studio.
It started after Broner began to show interest in the show’s moderator, Treasure Wilson, also known as Stat Baby.
“You look so good in person,” Broner said to Stat Baby.
Wilson appeared to be uncomfortable but still thanked Broner for the compliment. But he continued to press the issue, adding that he “loved” her and flirtaciously asking her to “stop smiling.:
Cam then stepped in and asked him to tone it down, appearing to hint at Wilson’s boyfriend being somewhere in the vicinity.
Once Cam’ron said that, Broner initially apologized. But later in the interview, he continued to flirt with the moderator. Telling Cam’ron that he was “mesmerized” by her beauty because he was unaware of how beautiful she looked in person.
Once it was apparent that Broner would continue to make passes at the moderator, he stopped the interview and asked Broner to exit the studio.
“I’m going to have to ask you to go my n***a,” he said.
Cam’ron then pulled out a bag of money, stating that Broner would be paid for his time and showing his appreciation for him for coming through to the studio. And expressing the “love” that he had for him.
Broner vowed not to do it again, but Cam was not trying to hear it, noting that his actions were disrespectful to Wilson and her boyfriend.
