Cardi B is taking blogger Tasha K back to court for allegedly violating the non-disclosure agreement tied to their long-running legal battle.
According to court documents, Cardi is asking a judge to step in and sanction Tasha K for what she describes as ongoing harassment. The Bronx rapper claims the influencer has been posting content that indirectly targets her, her husband Offset, and even NFL star Stefon Diggs, despite agreeing to stop discussing her life publicly.
Cardi’s legal team alleges the blogger has engaged in a “relentless course of conduct” meant to provoke and harass, using coded language that still makes it obvious to her million-plus followers who she’s talking about. Even when posts are flagged and deleted, Cardi claims Tasha simply replaces them with new ones—turning the situation into what she calls a frustrating “cat and mouse” game.
The filing states there have been at least 25 alleged violations so far, including multiple past references to Offset as well as mentions of his recent shooting incident in Florida. Tasha is also accused of discussing Cardi’s “then-romantic partner” Diggs during podcast appearances, which Cardi says is another clear breach.
Now, the Grammy-winning rapper wants stricter consequences in place, including penalties for future violations and a full ban on Tasha speaking about her family across any platform.
The NDA stems from their defamation case, which ended with Tasha K being ordered to pay Cardi $4 million and agreeing to stop speaking on her altogether.
