After the United States Department of Homeland Security took a jab at her on X — saying, “As long as she doesn’t drug and rob our agents, we’ll consider that an improvement over her past behavior” — Cardi B quickly responded with a strong message of her own.
Taking to X, Cardi fired back:
“If we talking about drugs let’s talk about Epstein and friends drugging underage girls to rape them. Why yall don’t wanna talk about the Epstein files?”
Her response immediately went viral, intensifying the public clash between the Grammy-winning rapper and the federal agency. The exchange comes after Cardi B criticized immigration enforcement during the opening night of her tour, which initially prompted Homeland Security’s controversial remark.
The back-and-forth has sparked widespread debate online, with supporters praising Cardi B for speaking out, while others questioned the escalating tension between a major government agency and one of music’s biggest stars.
As the situation continues to unfold, the exchange highlights the growing intersection of celebrity influence, politics, and social media in real time.
