Cardi B Updates Fans About Upcoming Album
Cardi has maintained her relevancy while having just one album to her name. But with Invasion of Privacy nearing its seventh anniversary, fans are clamoring for her sophomore album. The Love & Hip Hop alumni has remained mum about her second album for the most part. But she did give fans a little information recently — noting that the features on the upcoming projects are “really good.”
“The features on my album are really good. I don’t have a lot of features but I’m working with artists, some that I have worked with before and some that I haven’t worked with before. And the ones that I have not worked with before, I feel like it’s gonna really, really surprise y’all,” she said.
“It’s such a vibe. I’m 100 percent confident with this album. I just don’t think what I got is out there. I gave y’all some clues on my features, that’s it.”

Cardi’s album got delayed in part because she started a family with former Migos star, Offset. The two rap stars share three children together. But in August, Cardi filed for divorce from Offset and is now looking to resume her music career. As for her love life, Cardi says she is putting romance on the back burner for now.
“I don’t even want to take d**k right now, because every single time I take d**k, I get distracted. I don’t want no distraction,” she said.
“I’m a very emotional person, and when I get emotional, I don’t do things with love. And you could hear it in my music: my voice cracks a lot. You could see it in my face when I work. I just don’t thrive when I get emotional.”
