Cardi B dropped her highly anticipated sophomore album, Am I The Drama? On September 19. And amid the rollout for her latest drop, the Bronx emcee has the rap industry in a frenzy.
On Thursday (October 1), hip-hop blogger DJ Akademiks debuted a new song from former City Girls star JT, where she targets the Invasion of Privacy creator.

Cardi B Clowns JT After Her Diss Track Leaks
However, Cardi did not appear to be impressed based on her social media post shortly after Akademiks premiered the song.
“Wayyyyy too easy LMAOO… Alexa play ‘MAGNET’ by Cardi,” she wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.

The song “Magnet,” which Cardi references in the tweet, is the song that reignited the issues between Cardi and JT. Cardi B appeared to target JT and her boyfriend Lil Uzi on the song, which appears on her new album.
“All that d*ck ridin’, still ain’t get no feature-ass b***h / She just mad she got a n***a she be sharin’ bags with / My n***a cheat, but I don’t stick no dildos in his ass, b***h /” she raps on the song.
Cardi appeared to insinuate that JT’s response was weak in comparison to her song. Fans on social media appeared to agree.
“This was your big moment, and this is what you came up with. MY GAWD I see why you only sell 26K first week,” one fan wrote.
“The deaf don’t know how blessed they are to not listen to this sh*t,” another user said.
“She took a week to record this mess? And this diss is immediately voided considering she doesn’t compete with Cardi in any stat,” a third user added.
Despite the underwhelming reviews of JT’s new track, it is still a response. And now the ball is in Cardi B’s court to send a rebuttal.
Stay tuned for more updates.
