Drake is set to drop his next studio album, Iceman, later this year. But with no release date made official, and updates being so few and far between, Drizzy’s fans have begun to grow impatient. But two of the top fixtures in the music industry just made a major confirmation about the project.
Charlamagne Confirms Future Will Appear on Drake’s Album
During a recent episode of Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club, radio host Charlamagne Tha God confirmed that he recently talked to someone who heard the project. And while they didn’t say if it was good, he did confirm that Future is one of the featured artists on the album.
“Somebody actually told me that they heard it yesterday. They didn’t say whether it was good or not. They said Future was on it, though,” he said during a recent episode of the morning program (via Kurrco/X).

Once the clip of Charlamagne went viral on social media, Los Angeles-based radio host and media personality DJ Hed also confirmed that Future is on Iceman.
“Charla must have heard the same thing I did. Future is definitely on Iceman. Hope it slaps,” he wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Future and Drake’s issues took the main stage after Pluto and Metro Boomin dropped their 2024 project, We Don’t Trust You. In one of the songs, also named We Don’t Trust You Future raps:
“You’re a n**a number-one fan, dog. Sneak dissin’, I don’t understand, dog. Pillowtalkin, actin’ like a fed, dog. I don’t need another fake friend, dog.”
Many perceived Future to be talking about Drake. In addition, this was also the project where Kendrick Lamar took his first shot at Drake on Like That, which ignited their beef.
Drake has not confirmed if Future is one of the confirmed features.
