Cardi B and Nicki Minaj have had the rap industry on fire for the last 72 hours after they incited their beef. But although it is the two-star femcees who have been the center of attention over the last few days, others have become casualties of war.
One entity that Minaj targeted during her social media rant on Wednesday (October 3) was Power 105.1’s popular morning show, The Breakfast Club. As part of her barrage of posts on social media, Minaj called out hosts Loren Lorosa, Jess Hilarious, and Charlemagne the God. While imploring United States President Donald Trump to “lock them all up.”
“Charlemagne, did you put that bleaching cream on your d**k too? @POTUS lock them all up,” she wrote in a post that has since been deleted. Imagine if you called yourself SHRUMP DA GOD. Oh btch. Lock up borin LAUREN & jess with the tesTICLES, too. They’re very nasty ppl. Queens N****Z run these n****z. Thank you.”
Charlemagne Unleashes on Minaj During ‘Donkey of The Day’
In response, Charlemagne unleashed on the multi-platinum artist on Thursday (October 2). Charlemagne gave Nicki the dishonor of being Donkey of the Day. For being “stank and nasty”. He also went scorched earth about Minaj’s fall from grace. Imploring her to take a hard look at what she is now compared to what she used to be.
“You went from showing a generation how to be a female boss to showing a generation how to be a disgruntled artist. How does that happen?” he asked. “How do you go from inspiring a generation of young women to hating on a generation of young women?”
Charlemagne also said that he believes that Minaj’s downfall is a result of her being in “pain” as a result of “unhealed trauma.”
“Well, that’s what happens when a person is in pain. That’s what happens when a person is hurting. That’s what happens when a person has a bunch of unhealed trauma that they haven’t dealt with,” he continued.
“When you refuse to come to terms with human nature, that simply means that you are dooming yourself to patterns beyond your control and to feelings of confusion and helplessness. And that’s what I see in every tweet. Confusion, a cry for help, projections of pain, a wounded ego.”
