Ice Spice’s recent altercation at a Los Angeles McDonald’s has the entire entertainment industry buzzing. Including NBA Hall of Famer Charles Barkley.
Charles Barkley Clowns Ice Spice Over McDonald’s Incident
Barkley and the rest of the Inside the NBA crew appeared on air over the weekend for the start of the NBA Playoffs. And when Ernie Johnson mentioned that the studio show was being sponsored by McDonald’s, Barkley sounded off about Ice Spice’s recent altercation at the restaurant.
“I hear they got some slappy happy meals over there,” Barkley said during the show as caught by AwfulAnnouncing on X.
He also encouraged Ice Spice not to eat at the restaurant anymore for her safety. And suggested she order through the drive-thru next time.
“You see, Ice Spice got slapped at McDonald’s? What are you doing at McDonald’s in the middle of the night, Ice Spice? Come on, stop that. Get it to go.”
"I can almost guarantee you that this was not what McDonald's had in mind when they sponsored 'Inside the NBA.'" 🏀📺🎙️🍟 #NBA pic.twitter.com/3csnvpAX9M

On Friday (April 17), footage was leaked of the Munch creator being attacked while eating at McDonald’s. A woman approaches Ice while she is eating and begins raining down fists on her shortly after.
The melee continued outside the restaurant, and a man who was with Ice Spice’s attacker also tried to confront the rap star.
Veyah, the woman who attacked the rapper, took to social media after the video went viral. And claimed that she initially approached Ice Spice to greet her. But she was disrespectful when she approached. And that’s why she attacked her.
“Immediately, Ice Spice was being rude. She was like, ‘Why are you over here? You can leave, bye,” Vayah told TMZ, as heard from Hot 97.
“She said, ‘I’m from New York.’ Let me tell you something. You’re in LA. You’re in my city now, and you can’t be out here disrespecting people. If you wanted us to leave, you could have just said, politely, ‘I’m not in the mood.’”
