Back in August, White was arrested for marijuana possession, gun possession, and driving without a license. This came after a new law passed in Texas which banned THC and other products.
Now, it appears he’s been arrested in Texas again. Details are sparse but according to reports, White was arrested for 2 counts of drug possession.
His total bond is set at $2000.
This is White’s third pending charge this year.
Besides the aforementioned, he was also arrested for alleged battery of an Only Fans model.
The influencer, who goes by RealKayPretty, supplied social media with evidence of the alleged assault.
“Ive stayed quiet long enough. Today 12th of September, 2026 Charleston White woke me up after he already beat me up the night before with a punch to the face calling me a b***h,” she alleged. “Saying I’m worthless and trying to throw me out of the house that we stay together at. I have a lot to say about Charleston, from abusing me physically, mentally, emotionally, financially, and spiritually, to stealing my money, my jewelry, my clothes, my bags. He has disrespected me for the last time and I won’t stand for it anymore. I hope he gets what he deserves and rots in jail.”
She also shared pictures of a broken door, a broken cabinet, and a broken window, along with her injuries.
However, White is now offering a counter to her claims.
According to White, he tried to take back $60K in designer gifts he previously got for Kay. However, when he attempted to do so, she allegedly got upset and instigated the issue. He is saying he’s 100% innocent and will fight the charges.
