Chris Brown is fully back outside for 2026! In a new social media post, Breezy announced that he has a new project coming later this year.
Chris Brown Announces New Album
The album titled Brown is set to hit stores Next Friday (May 8).
The upcoming project is already available for presale, and fans couldn’t be more excited.
“You know when they’re lying down on the front of the album, it’s gonna be fire,” one user wrote in the comments section of the social media post.
“Okay, Mr. Brown!! Looking like papa was a rolling stone,” a second user joked.
“Okay … Yesssss. You’ve been cooking for a minute, so I knew this was about to be fire,” a third user chimed in.
Chris is also set to release the first single off the upcoming project, Fallin, this Friday (May 1). The single features rising R&B artist Leon Thomas. The two previously collaborated on the remix of Thomas’ 2025 smash hit, Mutt.
Chris’s latest album comes at an opportune time. He and fellow R&B sensation, Usher are set to co-headline a 2026 stadium tour across North America titled The R&B Tour. A play on their last names, Raymond and Brown. The tour kicks off this June and is scheduled to run through mid-December of this year.
This will be Chris’ second consecutive summer stadium tour. His “Breezy Bowl XX” stadium tour achieved massive financial success. The show grossed $295.5 million from 1.983 million tickets across 49 shows. It became the highest-grossing tour by a solo Black American man in history, with the North American leg generating $247.8 million.
2026 is shaping up to be a big year for Breezy.
