Claressa Shields and radio personality Mz Shyneka have put their differences behind them after previously exchanging words over an interview question.

In an Instagram post shared by The Shade Room, Mz Shyneka revealed that an unexpected meeting gave the two an opportunity to discuss their disagreement face-to-face. Although the conversation began with some tension, she said they ultimately listened to each other and apologized.
“I will admit it was rocky at 1st but we were able to LISTEN to one another & APOLOGIZE!” she wrote.
According to Shyneka, Shields had respected the question she asked on air, but the situation escalated after other people became involved. The radio personality expressed regret over participating in the ensuing war of words, saying the exchange left her embarrassed and weighed heavily on her spirit.
Shyneka also criticized the hostility directed toward Shields by people who have never met her, while making clear that their own disagreement is over.
“We have Squashed it & Moved on!” she wrote. “The Gwoat & I are Good!”
Photos accompanying the post showed the two smiling together, marking a positive turn following their public fallout.
