Kanye West & Consequence were a dynamic duo for years. The GOOD Music mates worked on some of West’s most iconic albums and songs over the years. But, they had a falling out, leading to Cons leaving Good Music. They since reconciled, but their work together has been sporadic.
West’s declining mental state has made Cons into a stark defender, but with his recent improvements, it appears the duo are getting back to what they do best: music.
Consequence posted a text exchange with West that confirmed they’ll drop a new song soon.

Sampling Michael Jackson’s iconic “Remember The Time,” Consequence raps.
“My ex-girlfriend she a 9 out of 10. So she better girlfriend I would fly out again. But I’m afraid Imma pull a 9 out again. Cause there’s really no telling what you lying bout again. See I can’t pretend we be making love, when she Adam’s wife (Adam22), and I’m Jason Luv.”
Fakeshoredrive Andrew Barber also posted the song in excitement.
“Ye & Cons back? The return of G.O.O.D. Music Wait for it…,” Barber posted.
In response Consequence replied: “G.O.O.D. Music Lives On…”
In truth, the beat sounds pretty good, but we’ll see if the song comes to fruition.

West Vs. Russia
West was slated to perform in Saint Petersburg, Russia on October 10th and 11th at the Gazprom Arena.
However, according to a report by Billboard, the venue has no interest in hosting these shows. In fact, they claim they didn’t sign any contracts and have no idea why West’s team promoted the event.
“There is no such agreement,” the venue said. “Accordingly, the concert cannot take place on our site.”
This comes after Russian officials pressured West to speak out against Ukraine if he wanted to perform.
However, the promoters of the show, Say Agency, allegedly said in a Telegram exchange that they were blindsided by the announcement and are expecting the shows to go on.
“We learned about [it] at the same time as you did, through the media,” Say Agency posted. “As of now, the Ye concert has not been canceled. We are trying to contact the venue to find out the reason for the post and resolve the issue. We will keep you updated.”
For now, you can buy tickets on West website, though it’s unknown when the listing will change.
