According to NBC New York Tekashi69 specifically faces charges of participating in a racketeering conspiracy for his criminal involvement in Nine Trey; using and carrying firearms, which were brandished and discharged, in connection with racketeering; participating in a gunpoint robbery in the Times Square area (West 40th Street and Eighth Avenue) earlier this year on April 3; and agreeing to shoot someone who had “shown disrespect to Nine Trey,” resulting in an innocent bystander being shot, in the area of Fulton Street and Utica Avenue in Brooklyn on July 16.
