Jay-Z’s arch-nemesis Dame Dash continued their longstanding feud in a viral clip that surfaced on social media over the weekend.
Dame Dash Says He Wants Fair One With Jay-Z
In a clip caught by 2Cool2Blog on X, Dash invites the Roc Nation Boss to a fair one.
“I respect a good fight. Warriors don’t respect when you hide or send n****s to do your dirty work. That’s why I got a problem with Stu Gotz, ya man Jay-Z,” he says in the clip. “That’s why I be mad with him because he won’t give n****s a fair one. Instead, he wanted people to say I’m talking about him.”
Of course, fans on social media had a lot to say about Dame’s recent comments.
“Damn, when Jay gets in your PYCHE it’s game over huh lol,” one user wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“Dawg, LET IT GO! You’re at war by yourself; hasn’t that become obvious yet?” a second user chimed in.
“Funny thing is Dame is eating because of Jay… $5k-$10k an interview. I guess he’s still dependent on him for bread,” a third user remarked.
Jay-Z and Dame’s beef was reignited earlier this summer. After Hov appeared to throw shots at him during his freestyle at the Roots Picnic in May.
Jay doesn’t call Dame by name in the freestyle. But if you know their history, it is clear that there were bars intended for him. Especially when Hov talks about a “chatty patty” who is “down on his luck again.” Appearing to reference Dash’s ongoing financial issues.
“Another one fumbled his, wonder how I get the blame/ N***as teeth are tumbling out their mouth, and somehow I’m the one who did it/ It’s a murder mystery, gang,” Jay-Z raps in the freestyle.
Jay-Z is set to perform three sold-out concerts at Yankee Stadium this weekend. It will be interesting to see what he has in store.
