6ix9ine believes someone is trying to send him back to prison. He appeared in court on Monday (April 21) and pleaded not guilty to four counts of violating his supervised release. Authorities based the charges on drugs and a gun they found during a March 12 raid of his Florida mansion.

A confidential source reportedly tipped off the Assistant U.S. Attorney about the illicit items. Federal agents raided the property and discovered MMDA, a bag with cocaine residue, and a Glock handgun hidden in his pool house
Although 6ix9ine was not arrested at the time, he was detained for several hours, during which authorities collected DNA samples. A hearing is scheduled for May 22 to present evidence around 6ix9ine’s alleged violations. By that time, prosecutors hope, DNA testing on the gun found during the raid will be complete.
6ix9ine Claims A “Former Friend” Planted Drugs And Weapons
The rapper is now denying that the items authorities did uncover were his. He claimed a “former friend/snitch” planted the items throughout his home. His lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, remains confident that his client won’t face any further jail time as a result of the incident.
This is not 6ix9ine’s first time having issues with the conditions of his supervised release. In November 2024, Judge Engelmayer sentenced him to 45 days in jail and an additional year of supervised release for failing drug tests and ignoring rules requiring him to get permission to travel. At that time, he was just months away from finishing the original sentence of supervised release he began serving when he was released from prison in April, 2020.
