According to TMZ, Sean “Diddy” Combs has officially started his first prison job since beginning his sentence at Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institution in New Jersey. The Bad Boy mogul is reportedly working in the prison laundry room, where his duties include washing, drying, and folding clothes for other inmates.
Sources tell TMZ that Diddy’s new position is standard for inmates beginning their sentence, offering routine, structure, and a small wage for their labor.
While it’s a far cry from his life as a music and business icon, Diddy is said to be adjusting to the reality of daily prison work as he serves his time at the minimum-security facility.
The move marks the start of what could be a long road ahead for the music mogul, whose legal troubles have captivated headlines throughout the year.
