Sean “Diddy” Combs officially began his prison sentence at Fort Dix FCI less than a month ago. But already, the music mogul has found himself at the center of drama.
Diddy Caught Drinking Behind Bars
According to a November 7 report from TMZ, the Bad Boy Records founder was recently busted for drinking.
The outlet reported that Combs was caught with an alcohol mixture of
“Fanta, sugar, and apples.” The substance made by inmates can “ferment into an alcoholic substance” after two weeks. Diddy’s decision landed him in some hot water with prison officials. They initially were going to move him into a new cell, but decided to let him stay put.
Obviously, fans on social media had tons of reactions to the latest Diddy update.
“Buddy was preparing for another Party in there,” one user said on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“Homemade Diddy Juice is CRAZY. Imagine the cell block launch party,” another user added.
“If he figures out how to make home-made baby oil, it’s a wrap! Party on!!!,” a third user exclaimed.
Let’s bring things up to speed. The music mogul was swept up by the feds last September on trafficking, racketeering, and prostitution charges. Thankfully for Combs, he was found not guilty of racketeering and trafficking. Because it would have almost certainly landed him in prison for life.
However, Combs was unable to evade the prostitution charges. And in October, Judge Arun Subramanian sentenced Combs to a prison term of 50 months.
However, Diddy and his legal team have fought tooth and nail to get him out of prison. Even after his sentencing.
Combs has reportedly reached out to the office of United States President Donald Trump. Hoping to receive a pardon and earn his freedom. And while Trump has reportedly considered it, there has been no real traction to this point.
Diddy is scheduled to be released in May 2028.
