A prison cell is not stopping Sean “Diddy” Combs from fighting back against a $20 million lawsuit. Which was filed by one of his former escorts.
Diddy Demands Jury Trial in Clayton Howard Lawsuit
According to a May 16 report from AllHipHop, the defendant is demanding a jury trial. After one of his former escorts slapped him with a $20 million lawsuit.
Howard alleges that he was subjected to severe physical, psychological, and emotional abuse. In addition, Howard asserts that Diddy and his former girlfriend and label artist, Cassie Ventura, drugged, manipulated, coerced, and sex-trafficked him into performing at their “freak-off” parties.
It’s wild to think that Diddy would actually want a jury trial in this case. Especially after being just a year removed from a jury finding him guilty of interstate prostitution. The same charge for which he is currently serving a 50-month prison sentence.
Diddy is not the only music legend that Howard is trying to cash in big on.
Howard also brought legal action against longtime Diddy nemesis, 50 Cent, and Netflix. Over his involvement in the Diddy documentary Sean Combs: The Reckoning.
Howard, who was among the people who were interviewed for the documentary, says that the statements he made during the production of the film were misrepresented. Saying that what he said during the production of the film didn’t align with how his statements were portrayed in the finished product.
In a January 2026 report from Billboard, Howard says that the statements that he initially made painted Cassie as being complicit with the Bad Boy Records founder. But his statements were “deliberately edited, distorted, and misrepresented” to make Cassie look like a victim.
He is seeking $20 million for this as well.
