Diddy Victim Clayton Howard Claims That Lead Prosecutor Maureen Comey Silenced Him to Protect Cassie

Cassie is the person who is the catalyst of all of Diddy’s legal drama. In November 2023, she came forward to share her chilling account of the abuse that she suffered when they were together. This led to several other people coming forward alleging that they had experienced similar abuse at the hands of the music mogul.

Cassie Could Be in Hot Water With Ex-Diddy Escort

However, while Cassie is viewed by many as a hero who helped bring Combs to justice, one of the victims in the case believes that she is just as guilty as the Bad Boy Records founder.

Clayton Howard, one of the escorts hired by Diddy, who cooperated with the FBI, says he wanted to testify about Cassie’s role. But he says that the lead prosecutor on the case, Maureen Comey, prevented him from testifying against her.

“Assistant Prosecutor Maurene Comey became annoyed when I said I wanted to tell the truth about both of my offenders,” Howard said in a legal filing obtained by AllHipHop. “She said I was too traumatized to testify, which I denied.”

Howard claims that Diddy and Cassie recruited him as an escort via Backpage. And the pair arranged for him to travel between New York, Los Angeles, and Miami from 2012 to 2019. He says he was paid between $1,500 and $6,000 to participate in “freak offs” where Diddy would watch him, and Cassie have sex.

Howard says that he has made several attempts to contact the U.S. District Attorney’s office. But the three letters that he wrote went unanswered. The final straw was a call with Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Johnson, where she denied that he was a victim.

“I have been patient and persistent,” Howard added. “The government used my cooperation when it served their interest, but now treats me as if I do not exist. All I want is fairness, dignity, and the same respect given to every other victim.”
