Bad Boy Records found Sean “Diddy” Combs is currently serving a 50-month sentence over his Mann Act conviction back in 2025. But even though his trial is over, his troubles aren’t. He is facing a myriad of other lawsuits in the aftermath.
Many of the lawsuits that Diddy is facing have come from his former employees. One of those employees is Phillip Pines, who served as the mogul’s Senior Executive Assistant for 2019-2021.

Pines claims that Combs forced him to have sex with another woman while he watched. Adding another layer to his “freak off” allegations. And named his longtime assistant, Khristina Khoram, the “Ghisalaine Maxwell” of his operation.
And now he is suing Khoram and Combs for “sexual battery, sexual harassment, and sex trafficking.”
However, according to court docs obtained by TMZ, Khoram says that the accusations made against her are completely false. And says that Pines has “no proof” to back the claims he is making. Khoram also says that the claims are based on his accusing her of demanding his silence. After he allegedly saw Combs kick someone. But she says there is no further evidence to back the claims in the lawsuit.
Pines says that, in addition to being forced to have sex, he would also be in charge of several things for Combs’ freak-offs. Including “setting up red lights and making sure the rooms were stocked with baby oil, towels, and sex devices.” He also says he was on clean-up duty after the freak off.
However, a representative for the disgraced music mogul says that such freak-offs have never occurred.
“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor,” the rep said to the outlet. “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
