DJ Akademiks has premiered an exclusive new collaboration between The Game and Drake titled “No Breaks,” reportedly set to appear on The Game’s upcoming The Documentary 3.
Akademiks played the unreleased record during his stream, immediately sparking conversation online as fans heard The Game and Drake link up on wax. The track also appears to make The Game’s stance clear amid the ongoing divisions surrounding Drake in hip-hop.
On the record, The Game raps, “Me, Drake and Drake, we the three amigos,” before delivering another line about loyalty: “If I have to pick a side, I’m choosing homicide.”
The collaboration is especially notable given The Game’s longstanding relationship with several major figures in West Coast hip-hop and the intense conversation surrounding Drake over the past few years.
If “No Breaks” is officially released as a single from The Documentary 3, the Drake feature could instantly make it one of the most talked-about records from the upcoming project.
