DJ Akademiks had some blunt words of advice for Offset amid the recent rumors surrounding the one-time Migos member.
Offset Warned Over Alleged Gambling Addiction
Rumors have begun to circulate that Offset has a gambling problem. After footage of him at several different casinos began to circulate online.
Amid the leaks, hip-hop personality DJ Akademiks sent a warning to him. That his behavior could be potentially dangerous. Suggested that he may need to attend rehab.
“Offset needs possible rehab for his gambling addiction,” Akademiks said, as captured by @onlydubsX. “I’ll leave it there.”

Rap Star Alleged Owes Several People
Akademiks’ comments come after the recent allegations made by OnlyFans model, Celina Powell. Powell alleges that Offset owes her $15,000. A loan that she was never recompensated for.
In addition, New York rapper Lil Tjay also alleged that he loaned Offset a lump sum of money. And he was never paid back either.
At one point, Offset was one of the most popular rappers in the world. But it appears that he has fallen on hard times. And he appears to be digging himself deeper in an already-steep financial hole. Akademiks says that his having to borrow money from Powell shows just how down bad the rap artist is.
“You can’t be this much of a degenerative gambler that you have turned to the likes of Celina Powell,” Akademiks continued. “Not saying there’s nothing inherently wrong with her, but you’re putting yourself in positions where, actually, you’re forgetting who you are. Like you’re still Offset, right?”
However, fans in the comments section of the social media post did not have much sympathy for Offset.
“He is so addicted, he is spending his last and borrowing from women trying to catch his high. It’s sad to see,” one fan wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“All you had to do was better yourself, & instead, you squandered your entire fortune, lost your family,” another user added.
At the time of writing, Offset has not spoken out about the allegations.
