Drake has been the subject of a lot of backlash. Especially after the release of Kendrick Lamar’s Not Like Us last spring. But things have just taken a pretty eerie turn.

RIP Drake Coffin Delivered to DJ Khaled’s Home
According to TMZ, two pranksters have been dropping off makeshift coffins at celebrities’ homes displaying cryptic messages. This time the victim is famed music producer DJ Khaled. The messages on the coffin read “Rest in Peace Drake” and “Rest in Peace OVO”.
“DJ Khaled has become the latest celeb to receive a spooky black coffin at his Florida home. This after Tekashi 6ix9ine got one himself at his mansion days earlier, TMZ has learned,” the outlet wrote.
“Khaled’s creepy coffin was dropped off at his Miami residence last Saturday. By two people who rolled up in a truck to a security guard, claiming to be from a delivery company, according to a police report.”
According to TMZ, two men disguised as delivery service employees pulled up to Khalded’s residence last weekend and dropped off the makeshift casket.
“Police say the pair got down on their knees to pray in front of the coffin before they jumped back in their truck and drove off. Cops say the guard had the coffin destroyed and tossed in the trash,” the outlet added.
The delivery of the coffin comes at an interesting time. Earlier this month Khaled teased an upcoming new project on social media and initially said that two new Drake songs were supposed to be on the album.
However, Drake was quick to shut down that notion, which led to Khaled completely scrubbing the album promo from his social media.
However, Khaled isn’t the first celeb to receive the makeshift coffin at his residence either. Earlier this month Tekashi 6ix9ine received a similar package to his home. The messages read “RIP King Von,” a rapper that the Brooklyn artist had a publicized spat with before his death in November 2020.
