Nicki Minaj has officially parted ways with her husband, Kenneth Petty, according to hip-hop personality DJ Vlad.
Vlad Claims Minaj Has Split From Her Husband
In a post to his social media account on Monday (April 27), Vlad said that Petty’s address on the sex offender registry has changed. He is living in an apartment in Jamaica, Queens, after previously living in Minaj’s $20 million mansion.
“It looks like Nicki Minaj dumped her husband, Kenneth Petty,” Vlad wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter. “According ot the sex offender registry, he’s now living in a tiny 800-square-foot house in Jamaica, Queens, instead of the $20M Hidden Hills mansion Nicki owns.
Vlad also notes that infidelity by Petty was the reason for the split.
“The rumor is that he got another girl pregnant, but that’s not confirmed. Is this the greatest bag fumble of all time?” he added.

Of course, fans had a lot to say about the alleged split.
“Damn, whose nikki is gonna send after you now after the next time you piss her off?” one user asked on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“Y’all just jealous she is the one who is still married and happy smh,” a second user chimed in.
Minaj and Petty got married in October 2019 after knowing each other since they were teens.
As for why Petty is on the sex offender registry?
He was convicted in April 1995 in New York of first-degree attempted rape of a 16-year-old girl, for which he served roughly four and a half years in prison. As a result of this conviction, he was classified as a Level 2 sex offender and required to be on the registry.
At the time of writing, neither Minaj nor Petty has confirmed the split.
