Kendrick Lamar and Drake’s rap feud was one of the more explosive events of 2024. The two emcees traded lyrical low blows in a series of songs. And things apparently got so heated to the point that Drake began to threaten K. Dot.

Drake Sent Threats to Kendrick Lamar’s Camp During Feud
During a recent livestream, noted hip-hop blogger, DJ Akademiks revealed that Drake was sending voice notes to Kendrick Lamar’s camp. And in those voice notes, the rap star was making threats that were similar to a “mob boss.”
“You should’ve heard this n***a Drake. What he was saying to [Kendrick] before he whipped his a**. This is what he told me,” Akademiks said.
“Now, I’m gonna be honest with you. I never knew Drake was speaking to anyone. Drake has told me he’s never spoken to Dot directly, but I didn’t know if he spoke to anybody else in and around Dot. Anthony Saleh, he confirms to me, ‘Yes. Drake was sending voice notes talking crazy like he’s a mob boss.’ That’s what he says. He says Drake is saying to him, ‘I’m gonna done you,’ talking crazy like, ‘You n****s is washed. You guys think you can finish ME?!?'”
However, the disdain that the two artists have for each other appears to be mutual. At least according to Glasses Malone, who is a close affiliate of Kendrick. Malone says that at one point the “Not Like Us’ creator did want to fight Drake.
“The only person who wants to kick Drake’s ass is Dot. Dot really wants to kick his a**,” Malone said.
“That n***a don’t let [stuff] go. Kendrick, for sure, don’t let anything go. Shout out to the whole TDE family — them n****s hold on to everything. If you say some shit, them n****s probably remember what you said to them in fourth grade.”
