Drake and his October’s Very Own (OVO) crew don’t appear to be done feuding with T-Pain. As they seem to have taken his recent comments to heart.
Chubbs Clowns T-Pain Amid Beef With Drake
This past weekend, one of Drake’s OVO crew members doubled down on their criticism of the one-time R&B star. OVO Chubbs was visiting Cannes, France over the weekend. And during a visit to a nightclub, he asked the DJ to play a T-Pain song. The overseas DJ did not appear to know any of T-Pain’s music. So instead he played Drake’s 2025 smash hit, Nokia which appears on his $ome $exy $songs 4 U album, which dropped on February 14.
“Bro it’s hard out here man, maybe the next spot,” Chubbs captioned the post.
However, fans of social media didn’t seem to be amused by Chubbs’ hijinx. As many of them mentioned he did not keep the same energy when Drake was feuding with Kendrick Lamar in summer.
“Chubbs going in clubs trolling T-Pain like his name isn’t getting mentioned in the biggest song in the world about how he be f*****g Aubrey’s hand-me-downs,” one fan said on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“It makes sense how Diddy beat Drake and Chubbs did nothing. Cause this is so corny for a supposed bodyguard,” another user added.
This is what b****h a** n****s do. He’s dodging the real smoke but Playing games with somebody he thinks he can bully,” another person said.

Drizzy Took Issue With T-Pain’s Comments
Drake and his crew’s issues with T-Pain come in the wake of his recent interview on the Crash Dummies podcast.
With all of the fractured relationships that he has developed in the music industry following his feud with Kendrick Lamar, T-Pain criticized Drake for not heeding his own advice about making a “graceful exit.”
“One thing I learned from Drake, but one thing he hasn’t followed his own words. Drake said, ‘I wanna be one of the people that gracefully bow out and not get kicked out,’” T-Pain explained.
“I have ever since said, ‘Thank y’all, I appreciate y’all. I’ll see y’all when I drop—don’t worry about it, I’ll just drop something. Let me know if you heard it.’
Drake is like, ‘No, listen, OK, I got another one. Hold on, check this out. Y’all ain’t like that one? OK, real quick, just one more. Let me try one more.’”
Drake responded in the comments section of the clip, noting that T-Pain has always had “resentment” toward him. However, T-Pain has yet to respond.
