To celebrate its 10-year anniversary, Apple Music released a list of its 500 most-streamed songs of all time—and not surprisingly, Drake came out on top, racking up a chart-topping 27 entries, more than any other artist.
Leading the charge is “God’s Plan,” which landed at No. 3 overall, right behind a couple of the biggest streaming hits ever. If you remember, that track broke first-day streaming records when it dropped in 2018—and clearly, the streams never stopped. Drake also holds nine songs in the Top 100, again more than anyone else on the list.
Rounding out the Top 10 are a few more Drake-adjacent bangers, including his own “One Dance,” Travis Scott’s “SICKO MODE,” (which Drizzy also appears on), and Chris Brown’s “No Guidance.” So yeah, even when he’s not headlining the track, he’s still owning the moment.
The stat dump comes at an interesting time for the 6 God. After getting cooked by Kendrick Lamar in one of the biggest rap beefs in recent memory, Drake seems to be finding his footing again. His single “NOKIA” is still floating in the Hot 100’s Top 20 after peaking at No. 2, and now his newest release, “What Did I Miss?”, just hit No. 1 on both Apple Music and Spotify, according to Chart Data.
And if that wasn’t enough, he recently broke another record, becoming the artist with the most RIAA Diamond-certified singles in history. That list includes fan favorites like “Hotline Bling,” “Hold On, We’re Going Home,” “Best I Ever Had,” and collaborative heaters like “Work,” “Life Is Good,” and “SICKO MODE.”
At this point, Drake isn’t just playing the streaming game—he’s rewriting the rules. Love him or hate him, there’s no denying it: the 6 God still runs the numbers.
