Drake is officially back in album mode. And as fans patiently await his new drop, a snippet of a new track surfaced on social media. And it has some interesting lyrics.
Drake Name Drops Serena & ScHoolboy Q on New Track
In the track that began to make his rounds on Wednesday (March 11), Drake name-drops one of his most notable former love interests. That person is a tennis star, Serena Williams.
“…. Serena, but I’m cool with Venus, I be hanging around those n****s like I’m Dua Lipa,” he raps on the track.
Serena became a fixture in Drake’s ongoing feud with Kendrick Lamar. Williams was one of the guests during Lamar’s performance at the 2025 Super Bowl Halftime show. Williams has a connection to Lamar as they are both from Compton, but many perceived this as her being petty towards Drake.
However, following her appearance, Williams denied that claim.
“I think I proved 23 times over (not counting 4 gold medals) that I simply don’t have time for petty. All love and respect, always nothing negative here,” she wrote on social media back in 2025.
Another person that Drizzy name drops in the track is TDE artist Schoolboy Q.
“I might hit up f*cking ScHoolboy and do a remix, cause you put your n****s on, but they’re making peanuts.” “We don’t ever piece it up, the shit we got between us.”
This appeared to be a response to Kendrick’s bar on his track Wacced Out Murals from his 2024 album, GNX. On the song, he raps: “I never peace it up that s**t don’t sit well with me”

Drake is set to release his next studio album, Iceman, later this year. But no release date has been confirmed.
