Ella Langley and Drake have finally acknowledged each other. After Drake praised Langley’s pen (even though she did not write her hit “Choosin Texas”), Langley and Drake are reportedly linking up for a remix to the smash hit.
“Choosin Texas” dropped last November, but since then, it’s stayed at the top of charts, currently sitting as the number one song in the country. Now, it appears the song’s longevity will go even further.
Over the weekend, Drizzy previewed a remix of the song while DJing. It sounds more like a slow R&B jam rather than a full blown Drake doing country remix. Fans may remember Drake’s opening track on Habibti has elements of country in it, before getting sped up.
Drake and Langley linked up backstage at her Arkansas concert, leading to further speculation. It’s unknown if the song will actually be released.

Drake As Ironman
Additionally over the weekend Drake was spotted filming a music video rocking an Ironman suit at CNE festival in Toronto. A fan spotted him filming by a merry go round.
This stunt has begun speculation that Drake will drop a fourth album this year.
This remix only adds to the fuel that Drake may not be done with music despite his triple album earlier in the year.
