Drake has teased he may have more music on the way, but hasn’t said in what capacity. Now, he’s revealed that the heavily rumored “Fomo” is actually a short film.
He previewed the film in an Instagram post.

The announcement expands on a teaser Drake shared Saturday (September 12th). As Variety reported, the 25-second preview shows him driving a neon-green speedboat as a woman narrates a choice between avoiding risk and fully participating in life. Drake has not revealed the cast, runtime, director, or any details, except teasing it’s “directed and scored by the family.”

Drake Caught Filming The Movie
It’s unknown if he’ll premiere new songs or if it’ll be music videos to songs from his triple Iceman album rollout.
However, there has been leaks of places he’s filmed at for the film.
The mystery began back in August when Drake posted classic family photos with the caption “FOMO 2026.” He later shared an image resembling a CD jewel case titled Fear of Missing Out.
A fan spotted him at the CNE fair in Toronto, rocking a particular look. In a video captured by a fan, Drake is dancing in an Iron Man suit by a merry go round.
