Druski, OBJ Respond to Diddy, Assault Claims
But even ahead of the trial, things not only appear to be getting dark for Combs. They also appear to be getting grim for people who were around the Bad Boy founder. In a new amended complaint against the Bad Boy founder, filed by plaintiff Ashley Parham, star NFL wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr and popular internet sensation, Druski were named defendants in the case. The amendment accuses all three celebs of participating in Parham’s assault.
Following the explosive accusation both Druski and Beckham vehemently denied Parham’s claims.
“This allegation is a fabricated lie. I wasn’t a public figure in 2018 — I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish,” Druski wrote in a statement on social media.
“My heart breaks for actual victims of abuse, but I’m fully confident that the evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to peddle false narratives.”
Beckham Jr also took to social media to clear his name. He denied the accusations and shut down Parham’s “stupid” claims.
“Boy, I’ll tell u what. This world makes absolutely no sense. I am covered by God. He will prevail,” he said. “I know who am I, I know who u are, keep ur head. That name will be cleared. Shxts stupid.”
Diddy finally did catch a break earlier this year when one of the claims was dropped. The suit alleged that he and Jay-Z assaulted a girl at a party when she was only 13. With his trial set to begin in just mere weeks, he is hoping to duplicate that same luck.
