Bay Area rapper EBK Jaaybo and fellow rapper Baby Maxx have been hit with seven federal gun charges out of Little Rock, Ark. — one of which has been tied to a shooting from last March.
The trouble started with a May 2025 traffic stop where police found weed, unidentified pills, over $8K in cash, and a stolen Glock with a switch. If that wasn’t bad enough when investigators ran the gun, it came back linked to the nonfatal shooting of Bay Area rapper DreamllifeRizzy — someone who allegedly had active beef with both men. DreamllifeRizzy, repped as a member of San Francisco’s Double Rock gang, even dropped a track called “EBK Killer” after surviving the shooting.
The indictment was filed back in June 2025 but only unsealed recently. Both Jaaybo and Maxx have been sitting in an Arkansas jail this whole time. Now, California Highway Patrol has reportedly traveled to Arkansas with a warrant to collect DNA samples from both.
Jaaybo is facing up to 30 years if convicted. His trial is set for May 11.
