Kim Scott is heading to jail after a Michigan judge deemed that she broke her bond and the stipulations of her release multiple times.
Scott had been arrested two times this year, both for drunk driving charges. Back in February, she allegedly hit a parked truck while impaired. She plead no guilty to the charge. However, in May, she was arrested again for a separate drunk driving incident.
Then, in July, police arrived to a Michigan home where Kim was at on a suicide watch call. They found her half clothed and in distress, When they tried to assess the situation, she turned hostile and allegedly bit one of the officers. They then tased the 51-year-old and took her into custody.
Then, she skipped out on her bond hearings back in June, forcing the court to file bench warrants. Now, she heads to prison with no bond. However, the judge stated she can get released if she checks herself into an inpatient facility.
Scotts’ next court date is Oct 14th for a probable cause conference.
