Drake is never going to beat the allegations of stealing flows. Ava Hirschfield, a Grammy-winning producer who goes by GoodbyeCalev, accused Drake of ripping the lyrics, production, cadence and song elements of a song he made. That song, which Hirschfield claimed he recorded January 2026, reportedly leaked online and sounded exactly like the chorus to “Janice STFU.” In addition to the audio, a commenter found a screenshot of a twitch stream where someone else pointed out that Hirschfield made the song. That lawsuit’s since been withdrawn.

However, a new controversy has emerged. The reference track for Drake’s song “What’s Next” has surfaced, and originally, Baby Keem had a feature on it. Of course, that collaboration died after Kendrick and Drake had their infamous beef.
But, now, the original track is going around and fans have pointed out Drake is seemingly copying Keem’s flow.
“It definitely sounds like Keem might’ve wrote all of this s***,” one user posted.
“He got bodied on his own track so he had to cut it,” another user posted.
“Damn Keem wrote the whole damn song dude bitin the flow and all no originality,” another user posted.
“They actually blend well together. However, I don’t think a new upcoming artist should work with Drake simply because the nigga will literally turn into the person he’s on the track with. You can tell Keem wrote this. He literally took Keem’s flow and used the ad-libs he always uses; I’m assuming Keem referenced it, and Drake copied the reference,” another user posted.
Drake has had other controversies with biting flows.
UK rapper SunnyBoyFitz posted a now unlisted Instagram reel where he played his track back to back with Drake’s “BBW.” The songs each use a classic sample from singer Denise Belfon. But the real controversy lies with the structure, arrangement, and bassline, as both songs have distorted 808s and a similar use to the sample.
“I dont know am i trippin? #drake #newdrake,” SunnyBoyFitz posted.
Then, there was the case of 1900 Rugrat, who called out the 6God for allegedly biting his intro track to use for “Little Birdie.” In a TikTok video, Rugrat explained the situation.
“Drake, you got me f***** up bro,” Rugrat said. “When I made the intro to my first album a year and a half ago, Drake was hitting me up at the time and wanted to hear music. So i sent 10 songs to him, but they was all finna be on my album. I didn’t want nobody to steal my s***.”
Rugrat backed up his claims with alleged screenshots between him and Drake.
