On Friday, the artist appeared to confirm his legal troubles by posting an Instagram Story showing him entering the Bob Casey United States Courthouse in Texas. The development follows new claims by federal prosecutors that Finesse breached his release terms three times—twice by failing drug tests and once due to an arrest in Texas for making terroristic threats.
In October 2024, authorities issued a warrant for Finesse2tymes’ arrest after he allegedly showed a gun to his former protégé, FNG King. A woman who witnessed the incident claimed the rapper would follow through after he allegedly threatened to “up that fire.” According to Finesse, the woman—believed to be his girlfriend’s mother—called the police after the heated dispute.
The rapper appeared to confirm the news of his recent legal issues via Instagram.
“The lady went and put a charge on me, man. She went and put a misdemeanor on me, man. […] They charged me and Lil Ju. She got me and Lil Ju f**ked up,” he said on Instagram live. “I don’t care how much money I got, I don’t give 10, 20, $30,000 away. I don’t care what other n****s is doing, and I don’t care about what the trend is… buying Birkins and that.”
Finesse also used the livestream to accuse his former protégé, FNG King, of cooperating with police. He claims the 12-year-old told authorities what had occurred during the domestic incident and shared other details about Finesse’s personal life.
King has since denied the allegations against him and said that he is not responsible for the rapper being ordered to return to federal custody.
