Sean “Diddy” Combs has surfaced in his first prison photo since beginning his bid at FCI Fort Dix — a stark visual reminder of just how far the Bad Boy mogul has fallen.
TMZ obtained the exclusive flick, snapped during yard time on Friday (Oct. 31), showing Diddy bundled up in a navy puffer jacket and an orange beanie as he walked the grounds of the New Jersey federal facility. The 55-year-old appeared to be settling into the routine of prison life, beard noticeably grayed and demeanor subdued.

The image marks the first clear look at Combs since his September 2024 arrest, which led to his conviction on two counts of interstate prostitution under the Mann Act — charges that ultimately landed him a 50-month federal sentence. He’s also facing five years of supervised release and a $500,000 fine once he’s out.
After spending the early part of his custody at MDC Brooklyn, Diddy was transferred to Fort Dix, a low-security prison that houses over 4,100 inmates and assigns work detail to most of them. His first job? Laundry duty.
According to former inmate Joe Giudice, Combs’ wealth will likely cushion some of the harsh realities of prison time — but the legal setback is still monumental. Prosecutors originally pushed for more than double his sentence (135 months), but the judge handed down a lighter term thanks to what the court reportedly labeled “extraordinary acceptance of responsibility.”
Once one of Hip-Hop’s most powerful architects — the architect behind Bad Boy Records, Sean John, Cîroc, and a career that turned street hustle into billionaire branding — Combs is now navigating the federal system instead of red carpets and boardrooms.
His conviction, tied to a pattern of sex trafficking-related behavior exposed over multiple investigations, stands as one of the most shocking celebrity downfalls in modern music history — a stunning reversal for an industry giant who once moved like he was untouchable.
Diddy is scheduled for release in 2028, if he serves his full term. The world he returns to will look very different from the one he left.
