Of course, Fivio’s demand led to a lot of reactions from fans on social media.
“n***a lost his marbles, you had 1 hot summer n been washed ever since,” one user wrote in response to the post.
“If you don’t know if you’re performing at the parade right now, chances are you’re not performing at the parade Thursday. Anything can change, though,” a second user chimed in.
“That ain’t happening, bro, but I hope you do. You gotta get hot again, G!” a third user remarked.
Thousands of Knicks fans are expected to be in attendance for the parade. Some people have begun charging as much as $750 to hold spots for potential attendees at the parade.
The celebration will run from Battery Park City in Manhattan to City Hall. NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani will also host a ceremony for the champs at City Hall, where he is expected to present them with the key to the city in recognition of hanging the banner.
