Fivio Foreign just sidestepped a major legal bullet.
The Brooklyn drill star was facing serious heat after a January incident in which he allegedly threatened a woman with a firearm. According to reports, the woman had asked Fivio for help jumpstarting her car when things took a sharp left. He allegedly pulled a gun and warned her, “If I see you parked in front of this building again, there is going to be a f***** problem.”*
Fivio was arrested on January 18 in New Jersey and hit with multiple charges, including unlawful possession of a weapon, aggravated assault, and making terroristic threats.
Fast forward to now—he’s struck a plea deal. Fivio pleaded guilty to the terroristic threats charge, avoiding what could’ve been a minimum five-year sentence with a max of up to 20. Instead, he’s walking away with just six months and probation.
His attorney, Adam Lustberg, confirmed the deal, calling it a major win considering what was on the table.
Still, the legal drama put a damper on what was supposed to be a breakout year for Fivio. Whether this marks a reset or just a detour remains to be seen—but for now, he’s free to move how he wants.
