What Did Funk Flex Say?
On social media, Flex revealed that his feud with former Hot97 personality DJ Enuff, is allegedly involved in shady practices.
“DJ ENUFF / HEAVYHITTERS I GOT U FIRED?,” Funk Flex posted. “*DID FRENCH MONTANA PAY U 25k FOR THE HEAVYHITTER CONFERENCE CALL? *DID MAINO PAY YOU 40k FOR THE MIXSHOW LIST ADDS? *WAS NORE OFFERED A “DISCOUNT” OF $2,500 FOR A MONTH OF SPINS? *DID MYLES BRANDO PAY U 10K TO PERFORM AT MIXSHOW MEETING AND GET ADDED TO MIXSHOW LIST? *WAS DJ WAVY ASKED TO PAY $2,500 TO SPIN ON SUMMER MIX WEEKEND?”
Funk Flex is referring to Enuff’s claims that Funk Flex played a part in getting him ousted at Hot 97.
In an interview with TMZ, Enuff revealed he felt Flex made the call for getting him knocked off the show after an alleged “temper tantrum” about his airtime and time slot.
“In my heart that’s what I feel happened,” DJ Enuff told TMZ. “I can’t prove it, but I don’t deserve that from him. He’s supposed to be my peer, my boy, we built this legacy together. I don’t understand where it came from. My ratings were good. How do you get rid of somebody when we’re on top of our game?”
Enuff also said he’d eventually talk to Flex, but threw a jab at his former colleague, saying he’s a “bigger man” than him.

Flex Takes His Grievances To The Airwaves
Flex didn’t stop with the X post, ranting more about the situation on his radio show.
Complex documented some of the highlights of his rant.
“Your team who ain’t even from the culture, charging people from the culture,” Funk Flex said. “Y’all lucky y’all didn’t die here in [New York] city. Nobody got you fired, how bout that one! Your show stink, you was lazy, you got caught up, and you didn’t play the clubs no more cause you had money coming from every where else.”
Flex claims his former program director Pio Ferro asked Flex to speak to Enuff after complaints involving N.O.R.E. were brought to his attention.
“I showed you the list which you were on with a fee next to it,” Flex said. “That’s not slander. Me and you had a conversation.”
However, despite all these allegations, Flex asserted he believes Enuff wasn’t pulling enough listeners to justify the controversies.
“I’ll tell you why he got fired. Cause his show sucked and he had no ratings,” Flex said.
Flex also accused Enuff of getting Kool DJ Red Alert fired in collaboration with Angie Martinez, while Red Alert’s mother was dying.
Dj Enuff has not responded to the allegations as of this writing.
