Atlanta rapper Future is back in court following a new paternity lawsuit filed by an ex, who claims he is the father of her 9-year-old son and is seeking official recognition along with child support.
According to reports, the woman is also requesting up to two years of retroactive payments. Court documents reveal that Future previously acknowledged paternity in a separate case in Arizona and has allegedly been voluntarily paying around $3,500 per month in support.
Despite that, the rapper is now pushing to have the Florida case dismissed, arguing that the matter should be handled in a different jurisdiction. The legal battle adds another layer to Future’s ongoing personal and legal matters, as the case continues to develop in court.
