Future has several classics, plenty to turn up the halftime show for the upcoming NCAA Championship. His unofficial tournament anthem “March Madness” has long been a tradition for fans to play before tip off. This wish casting gave parody account Daily Noud a golden opportunity to trick X users into thinking the Atlanta rapper is performing tonight.
How Were Fans Tricked By Daily Noud?
The noted parody account tweeted out that Future would be performing “March Madness” at halftime, causing a stir. Most fans took the joke in stride, but some fell for the misinformation.
“Pluto bouta give everyone playing a zenkai boost after his performance,” said one user. “I think they got the perfect person for the job. Ts gonna be lit,” said another user. “If the crowd don’t scream ‘dirty soda in a styrofoam’ I’m leaving,” said another user.

How Did Fans React When They Realized It Wasn’t Real?
Some fans added onto the joke, taking the prank in stride.
“SETLIST: • March Madness (Ye joins onstage) • Happy (Future LEAVES the stage) • KING • THIS A MUST • FATHER • Stronger • Runaway (Ye announces BULLY deluxe with Lauryn Hill and leaves),” posted one user. “Scrap this bro I just need me a new Future album and world tour to go alongside it,” said another user.
But most fans posed a valid question: Why hasn’t this happened before?
“This could make a grown man cry,” said one user. “All jokes aside why has Future never done this,” said another user. “this would be a generational performance and game,” said another user.
Hopefully one day the NCAA gets hip to the dirty sprite in the styrofoam and books the Dungeon Family protege sometime.
