It has been a while since fans have gotten any new music from Future. His last project, Mixtape Pluto, was released in February 2024. But Pluto appears ready to heat the streets, yet again.
Future Teases New Music With Cryptic Message
However, as fans have waited patiently for over a year, Future seemed to hint that he has new music coming this month. His Free Band Gang website homepage features a date that reads “11/?/25” insinuating that fans can expect something in the coming weeks.
Future also recently released a snippet that confirms he has new music on the way. In a clip shared by Complex, the DS2 creator is seen in the studio with several artists. Among them are Nav and A Boogie With The Hoodie.

Fans were understandably excited by Future’s latest announcement.
“Betting this is about to be the Future’s best album in years. He is about to talk so crazy now that he unquestionably is the King of Atlanta,” one person wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“Wow…. best body work coming out of 2025 hands down,” another user added.
However, other fans shared a different opinion when it came to Future’s upcoming drop.
“Most overrated artist after 2015. All his music after DS2 and WATTBA has been mid,” a third user said.
Mixtape Pluto did not create that much of a buzz around the Industry. However, his previous two projects, We Don’t Trust You and We Still Don’t Trust You, sent shockwaves across hip-hop. Mainly because those were what escalated the beef between Drake and Kendrick Lamar in 2024.
Future also seemed to dive into his issues with Drake on the project. But since then, sources have speculated that the two rap stars have hashed things out. With the two reportedly no longer at odds, it will be interested to see if Drake is featured on the upcoming project.
