G Herbo Gets Honest About Feelings on Moneybagg Yo
Because of the history of issues that Fletcher has had with G Herbo, as well as his current girlfriend, Taina, many fans assumed that Moneybagg and Herb were also at odds.
But they shocked fans when they collabed on a song, titled Feet on Land in October.
Herb went on to officially clear the air about his current relationship with Bagg.
“We’re players, bro. Life is life. Life is great,” he said during a recent interview with Apple Music’s Ebro Darden. “The whole… what they call it on Instagram, whatever, ‘blended family’ or some s**t? It’s just family, it ain’t even [a] blended family.”
He also said that they have never had any issues in the past.
“We ain’t never had no type of misunderstanding at all,” G Herbo added. “It was really just ‘When we gon’ do music?’ type s**t.”
Things seem to be going well for Herbo and his blended family. But he and Ari have had their fair share of drama to get to this point. From social media arguments to accusing him of being a “bad father” over missing Yosohn’s graduation, it hasn’t been easy for the two. Especially because they were both first-time parents.
But the rap star says that a key to his and Fletcher’s success in co-parenting has been in large part due to their increased communication. Including the “uncomfortable conversations.”
“Communication was, like, the best thing for us,” he said during an episode of BET’s For The Fellas. “A lot of times, it’s just the uncomfortable conversation that has to be had. A lot of times, we as adults avoid those uncomfortable conversations. I stopped doing that, and it was beneficial.”
