Gucci Mane may have snitching allegations to deal with, but at least one rapper from 1017 is winning. On Tuesday (April 21st), producer SpiffoMadeIt shared a selfie of Foogiano on his Instagram story captioned “No More Free Foo.”
What Do We Know About Foogiano’s Alleged Release?
In 2021, Foogiano was arrested in Memphis for being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, and later released on a $50K bond. However, allegedly, he removed his own ankle monitor, for which he later received a five-year sentence.
It appears that Foo is now free, though he hasn’t commented on the situation just yet. It’s also unknown the terms of his release or how he got out.
So far, he’s been pictured flashing his diamond grillz and his latest Instagram story shows him hanging out with KeysTheRapper. The account is managed by his record label, Atlantic.
There’s also an alleged screenshot floating around by a person that claims to be in contact with Foogiano. In the screenshot, the person says Foog won’t be cool with Gucci Mane, he didn’t like the “snitching” song he put out, and he alleges Foog said Gucci didn’t give him “a dime” while in prison.
Several commentators have also called on Gucci Mane to drop Foogiano from 1017 to give him a fresh start.

What’s Going On With The Rest Of 1017?
It seems like Foogiano is the only rapper with some positive news that is on Gucci’s label.
Earlier this month, 1017 artists Pooh Shiesty and Big30 were arrested for allegedly kidnapping, armed robbery, and coercing Gucci Mane to drop Shiesty from his label. The complaint alleges that Shiesty led Gucci to believe that they were conducting a business meeting at his studio. Shiesty then presented Gucci with paperwork that would release him from his deal. However, Gucci declined. And when he did, the group of men entered the studio with guns drawn, demanding that he sign the contract to drop Shiesty.
But amid the coercion, the other men involved also stole multiple lucrative items from the other people who were at the studio with Gucci. Including jewelry, Rolex watches, and cash.
The complaint says that statements given by RD (presumably Radric Davis) helped lead them to arrest Pooh Shiesty and Big30.
