Hotboii has reportedly been sentenced to six months in jail for violating probation tied to his previous RICO case.
According to records obtained by XXL, the Orlando rapper, born Javarri Walker, was booked into the Orange County Jail in Florida on Monday (May 18). His attorney, Lyle Mazin, told the outlet that the sentence is connected to probation violations dating back to 2025 and is not related to a new offense.
During a court hearing on Monday, a judge ordered Hotboii to serve six months behind bars. However, according to his attorney, he could potentially be released in around five months with good time credit.
Hotboii was previously released from jail in September 2024 after pleading guilty to lesser conspiracy charges, which resulted in his RICO charge being dropped. Before his release, the rapper spent more than two years incarcerated while fighting the case.
Since regaining his freedom, Hotboii has faced multiple run-ins with law enforcement, and the latest sentence adds another setback to the rapper’s ongoing legal troubles.
