Ice Cube was originally booked for Bill Maher’s “Real Time” HBO show to discuss the release of his 25th Anniversary for his classic album “Death Certificate” according to TMZ. Cube’s appearance couldn’t come at a better time. As the lyrical leader behind legendary Hip-Hop group N.W.A Cube’s social relevance and relationship to the word that has caused this controversy is very unique.

A rep for Ice Cube stated that Cube plans on taking the subject head on with Bill Maher. Sen Al Franken was also scheduled for Maher’s show that evening and has canceled due to the controversy. Ice Cube is no stranger to these type of discussions, he’s been doing them since the release of “Death Certificate” 25 years ago. Let’s hope this will be another prolific Ice Cube discussion. One thing we know is Cube doesn’t water down anything.
