Ice Spice is always at the center of fans making up rumors about her, with the latest one coming from a promotional stunt. Spice and Yachty dropped a new single “Out My Face (My Baby),” which has a line saying “Make me a mom,” rapped by Spice.
Then, in the music video, her belly swells comedically to emphasize the absurdity. However, fans took it way too literally, speculating on who knocked up the New York rapper.
The online weirdness forced Ice Spice to hop on TikTok and address the situation.
“That was… In the song, I literally say, ‘Matter fact, make me a mom,’ and it was CGI. I am chunky, though… I’m a mess, girl. I’m not pregnant…,” Spice said.
Lil Yachty poked fun at the situation posting a behind the scenes from the music video showing Spice’s belly bump.
This isn’t the first time fans thought she was carrying.
Two years ago, she dropped a fit check on Instagram with some added weight. Fans immediately speculated on Spice’s child bearing status, but she shut down the speculation quickly after.

Ice Spice Cancels Summer Jam Performance
Ice Spice was expected to get on stage despite the delays, at least, for one song. However, she revealed in a statement on social media that it wasn’t her choice to bail on the performance.
“I see yal & im sorry things didn’t work out last night,” she posted. “I was booked for 1 song but contract wasn’t done despite promoting me as a main performer for weeks… I’ll try my best to make it up to u all thx for understanding.”
