Reports surfaced of last minute ticket giveaways and plenty of cheap seats for JAY-Z’s Stadium show in Los Angeles. It seems like JAY saw the buzz on the internet and decided to address it at the very fans who paid to go.

During a break in his performance, JAY spoke to the crowd about telling everyone they had a great time at the show.
“Y’all gotta be very aware what’s going on in the world, right? People will tell you that nobody was in here tonight, but you got eyes, you can see,” JAY said. “People will tell you that the music wasn’t great, but you got ears. Question everything in this world of AI.”
This comes after many people on social media questioned HOV for his decision to perform at this season’s Super Bowl Halftime show. They pointed out that HOV himself is in charge of booking talent.
Other acts rumored included Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift, and Miley Cyrus.
The headlining spot makes sense as JAY is coming off a three day sold out Yankee stadium, along with viral Roots Picnic performance, and, notably, a limited European tour has him more active than he’s been in years.
Puck News also alluded to NFL Brass not being happy with Bad Bunny’s power to the people, cultural unity halftime show, leading to officials advising HOV to create a more controlled environment.
You can judge for yourself if the stadium is “empty” below.
