Joe Budden Goes Off on Charleston White
During the Wednesday (April 1) episode of the Joe Budden Podcast, one of the topics that came up was Young Thug’s recent dust-up with White. And Budden let the record show his true feelings about the influencer.
“F**k that n***a is where I stand on Charleston f*****g White,” he said. “I don’t wanna hear none of that Charleston White sh*t, I’d smack the dogsh*t out of Charleston White.”

Budden’s comments stem from a confrontation between Young Thug and Charleston in the month. When both of them were present at Druski’s Coulda Been Love 2 reunion.
White was highly critical of the rap star after his interrogation audio leaked in 2025. He appeared to implicate YSL affiliate Peewee Roscoe as the shooter in Lil Wayne’s 2015 tour bus incident. Thugger apparently took exception to those comments and confronted White upon seeing him at the reunion.
In the aftermath of the altercation, Charleston vowed to press charges against the rap star and his affiliate. For making a “terroristic threat.”
“Young Thug and his goons threatened Unc life and tried to attack him at Druski’s Coulda Been Love Reunion, and IT DIDN’T GO THEIR WAY!” white said in a video captured by FearedBuck on X . “Unc is threatening to press charges against Young Thug for ‘Terroristic Threat’ by saying ‘you’re gonna lose your life right here’ (while his g—n pretend to clutch a gun) while on Federal Aviation Administration property in Miami, Florida.”
At the time of writing, Charleston White has not responded to Joe Budden’s comments.
