Johnny Manziel Gives Update on New Drake Album
“Went back to Tuscaloosa for the first time since 2012, got backdoored for a 20 ball. Hopped on a jet to South Beach and tried my best to burn the city down. Caught a flight down to the Bahamas because it’s Iceman time and the baccarat tables were calling my name,” the post reads.
“Back to South Beach for my dog’s birthday, ended up at Booby Trap. Been a month for the books, and we still have 9 days left.”

From the sounds of it, it looks like Drake will be announcing his release date around Halloween. This would be on par with Manziel’s previous comments about the forthcoming project.
Where he said it would drop around Drake’s birthday, “around the end of October, maybe early November.”
Fans on social media had a lot to say about Manziel’s most recent post.
“Feel like Drake might redeem himself with this one bc last few albums been hot garbage,” one fan said on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“If Johnny Manziel saying ‘It’s Iceman time’ before hitting the casino tables isn’t peak timeline energy, I don’t know what is,” another user added.
“Kendrick has the industry. Drake has the culture and the people on his side. Iceman time let’s get frozen,” a third user said.
Drake also expressed his excitement about the upcoming album during a recent stream with Adin Ross.
“I’ll stay up all night f*****g recording for Iceman,” he said. “They’re having a full-blown party outside. I can hear people and having a street festival all day. I’ll go out there. I’ll f*****g run out there. Turn up with them, do shots, come back— like, I just want a little, you know, I wanna feel it.”
